TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.            Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2.            Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are humm®90 Platinum Mastercard® holders. Entrants must be trading in accordance with the terms and conditions of the humm®90 Platinum Mastercard® ("Terms of Use”) throughout the Competition Period (defined below).

  3.            Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

  4.            Entries into the competition open at 12:00am AEST on 10/08/2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 30/08/2026 (“Competition Period”).

  5.            To enter, individuals must, during the Competition Period:   a)         register by completing the following steps:                        i.       click the registration link within the promotional email provided by the Promoter; or                       ii.       visit https://cloud.e.humm90.com/giftcardgiveaway and follow the prompts to the registration page, input the email address associated with their humm®90 account and submit the fully completed entry form; and b)         use their humm®90 Platinum Mastercard® at any retailer (either in-store or online) on eligible card spend transactions (as defined in clause 7 below) (“Qualifying Transaction”). No minimum spend is required.

  6.            For clarity, an entrant can register at any time during the Competition Period. It is also the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details associated with their humm®90 Platinum Mastercard® account are up to date.

  7.            Eligible card spend transactions include card transactions and do not include cash advances, balance transfer transactions, long-term finance purchases, long-term interest free finance purchases, fixed payment plans, IKEA card swipe transactions over AU$250, electronic funds transfer and BPAY online payments.

  8.            Eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for each dollar spent in a Qualifying Transaction. For example, if an eligible entrant spends one hundred dollars ($100) in a Qualifying Transaction, they will be awarded one hundred (100) entries. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be in accordance with entry requirements. For the removal of doubt, there is no minimum spend required for each Qualifying Transaction. Transactions may take up to three (3) days to clear. To be clear, individuals will only need to opt in/register once during the Competition Period. Once registered, each Qualifying Transaction made by the individual during the Competition Period will entitle the individual to an entry.

  9.            Any entries received for Qualifying Transactions that have been cancelled or refunded during the Competition Period and up until the time of the draw will be deemed invalid.

  10.          Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents).

  11.          The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

  12.          If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

  13.          Incomplete, indecipherable or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.

  14.          There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each day of the Competition Period, for a total of twenty-one (21) draws (“Daily Draws”), there will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each week (i.e. Monday to Sunday) of the Competition Period, for a total of three (3) draws (“Weekly Draws”) and there will be one (1) draw conducted for all entries received during the Competition Period (“Major Draw”). Subject to the starting and closing time of the Competition Period, entries into each Daily Draw will open at 12am and close at 11.59pm each day based on Sydney local time and entries into each Weekly Draw will open at 12am on each Monday of the Competition Period and close at 11:59pm each Sunday of the Competition Period based on Sydney local time. Entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s) and entries in each Weekly Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws, however, all entries (including the Daily Draw and Weekly Draw winners) will be entered into the Major Draw.

  15.          All draws will take place at Promoter’s office, Level 14, 255 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on 16/09/2026 at 11:00am AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Major Prize (defined below) winner will be notified by telephone and email, and the other winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days and their details (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published online at https://cloud.e.humm90.com/giftcardgiveaway from 21/09/2026.

  16.          The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  17.          The first valid entry drawn in the Major Draw will win a Preezee Smart eGift card valued at $2,500 (“Major Prize”).

  18.          The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Draw will win a Preezee Smart eGift card valued at $500 each. There will be a total of three (3) Weekly Draw winners.  

  19.          The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will win a Preezee Smart eGift card valued at $100 each. There will be a total of twenty-one (21) Daily Draw winners.

  20.          Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Preezee Smart eGift card are not included. Any unused balance of a Preezee Smart eGift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Preezee Smart eGift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Preezee Smart eGift card.

  21.          Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by/at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

  22.          The prizes must be claimed by 20/12/2026 (for the original winners) and 14/01/2027 (for the winners of the unclaimed prize draw, if any).

  23.          If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

  24.          Total prize pool value is AU$6,100.

  25.          Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable, unless otherwise specified.

  26.          A draw for any unclaimed prizes, may take place on 21/12/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any, will be notified by email within seven (7) days, and their details (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published online at https://cloud.e.humm90.com/giftcardgiveaway from 22/12/2026.

  27.          Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

  28.          Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or their humm®90 account is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

  29.          The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

  30.          If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.

31.          Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.

32.          Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use/taking of a prize.

  33.          The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.humm90.com/au/privacy-policy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles.  By entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
